To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pestle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, or any damages exceeding the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice.
Upon termination: your right to use the Services ends immediately, you have 30 days to export Your Data, and we will delete Your Data within 90 days.
11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.
